Interesting Article on Copyright in Canada

Good article in today's Vancouver Sun about Copyright law and photography that is widely different than in the US

Of note, they mention that "under Canadian Law, there is a specific exemption for photos... The person paying for aphoto, portrait or engraving owns the…

Biweekly Photos

Hi Everyone,

I was just thinking whether there would be interest in having an ongoing changing theme for members to participate in. Say for the next two weeks-Spring Flowers. They will be bursting out of the ground (maybe some have already). We could upload them hoping for some people to comment or critique them.

Please submit your comments

Thanks

http://photo.tutsplus.com/

I was watching BBC Click and they have mentioned interesting website with tutorials, how to and all around photography .  Take a look http://photo.tutsplus.com/ . Looks quite interesting . There is a lot of free tutorials but more in depth are reserved for "premium users" $9 / month  (or $22 for three months, or $78 per year)

Take a look , I will try to spend bit of time on it .
